Questions
How much does a build cost?
It depends on the scope agreed in the Map week, and you get a fixed price before any building starts. [ADD A TYPICAL RANGE]
How long does a build take?
Most builds take [X] to [X] weeks from the Map week to handover. You know the timeline before we start.
Do you work inside our clients’ accounts?
Yes. We build in your agency’s accounts and in your clients’ sub-accounts and ad accounts, with access you grant and can remove at any time. Everything is documented per client.
Can one system be rolled out to all our clients?
Yes, and that is usually where the time savings add up. We build it once as a template, then roll it out client by client, changing only what differs.
Do we have to change our tools?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already use wherever they can do the job, and only suggest a change when they cannot.
Who owns the system when it is finished?
You do. Everything runs in your accounts, and the documentation and walkthroughs mean your team can maintain it without us.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every run is logged, so problems are quick to trace. Fixes are included during the [X]-week support window, and ongoing support is available after that.
